Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
As a key member of our team, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless administrative flow and contributing to an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.
* Manage Patient Enquiries: Handle patient inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, providing professional and friendly responses.
* Patient Welcome: Greet and welcome new patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
* Build Rapport: Establish strong connections with patients to understand their concerns and treatment goals.
* Document Review: Ensure patient documents are complete and accurate.
* Follow-up: Provide timely follow-up communication with patients to ensure continuity of care and treatment satisfaction.
* Support Clinicians: Offer administrative and clinical assistance to the dental team as needed.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in the dental industry is preferred.
* Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
