**The Role**
Currently seeking a highly motivated Member Services Consultant to join their team on a contract basis.
You will work closely with the Member Engagement Manager to assist in the development and execution of Member Engagement services. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of superior service and experiences to valued members.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to member inquiries
- Taking member calls
- Ensuring the efficient delivery of member engagement services to enhance the member experience.
- Collaborate with the General Advice Manager to provide high-quality services to members, including the development and execution of a value-add member program for both new and existing members, aimed at increasing member engagement and financial outcomes..
**About You**
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Financial Advice highly regarded
- RG146 certification highly regarded
- Experience in Member Services/Client Services and/or Reception, preferably within Superannuation and/or Financial Planning
- Commitment to delivering excellent member service and contributing to business improvement.
- Core understanding of the member lifecycle, member needs, and the impact of member insights on experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
