Whatcan youexpect in a day in this role?
As our Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public spaces. You'll oversee inspections, maintain productivity, and implement effective systems that uphold our brand standards. With responsibility for audits, team performance and reporting to senior management, this role suits a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering a consistent high quality guest experience.
What you will bring to the role:
* At least 3 years housekeeping experience in a 4–5-star luxury hotel or resort, with proven leadership capability
* Demonstrated ability to manage rosters, set team priorities, and support staff through regular feedback and development
* Confidence managing budgets and maintaining strong cost control measures
* Experience using property management systems, along with solid proficiency across MS Office
* A strong understanding of safe WHS practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
* A proven ability to uphold exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards, with outstanding attention to detail
* Highly developed organisation, administration, time management and planning skills, with the ability to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment
