The Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Service Technician to join our team. As a Senior Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert technical support and IT solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Responding to and resolving a wide range of IT support requests from clients in a timely manner
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing solutions and recommendations
* Performing maintenance, configuration and upgrades on client systems and networks
* Providing training and guidance to clients on the use of technology
* Collaborating with the wider IT team to identify and implement improvements to service delivery
* Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all support activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* 5+ Years of MSP Experience
* Experience as an IT Service Technician or in a similar role
* Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
* A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT support or computer science
