The role
As Senior Associate, you'll run your own files and contribute to strategy on high-value disputes while mentoring junior colleagues.
- Managing commercial, contractual and regulatory disputes
- Appearing in courts, mediations and arbitrations
- Handling shareholder, misleading conduct and negligence claims
- Developing litigation strategy with partners and clients
What you'll bring
- 5-7 years PQE in commercial litigation/disputes
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills
- Confidence in managing complex cases independently
- Collaborative approach and mentoring mindset
