* Must have experience in an early learning setting
* Certificate III, diploma or equivelent

Let me tell you what we needā¦
I need someone who will smile when I arrive in the morning, even if Iām still a little sleepy.
Someone who will sing songs with me, read me stories, and help me learn big things in my small world.
For our babies, we need someone gentle who gives cuddles, talks to us lots, and celebrates our tiny but very important milestones (like when we clap, crawl, or try new foods!).
For our kinder friends, we need someone kind and patient who helps everyone feel included, confident, and proud of who they are. Someone who notices when a friend needs a little extra help or encouragement.
The teachers and grown ups who join me and my friends need to:
š Love children and believe every child belongs
š¶ Be happy to sing, play, laugh, and sometimes be a little silly
š§ø Help us learn, explore, and feel safe every day
š± Work with our educators to create a warm and welcoming environment
