This business is a respected and established HVAC provider, delivering maintenance and service across commercial buildings, large facilities, and critical plant environments. They are known for structured workflows, consistent workload, and a strong focus on retaining experienced technicians in stable, long-term roles rather than short-term reactive work.
In this role, you will take responsibility for service, fault‐finding, maintenance, and breakdown response across a range of chiller and central plant systems. You will diagnose complex faults, carry out repairs, complete preventative maintenance, and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. You will also complete service reports, liaise with coordinators, and provide technical input where required.
This role would suit a Chiller Technician who values stability, autonomy, and technical challenge, and who wants a long-term role with strong earning potential and exposure to complex HVAC systems.
The Role:
* Service, maintenance, and breakdown response on chiller and central plant systems
* Fault‐finding, diagnostics, and repair across commercial HVAC systems
* Work independently across a structured portfolio of Melbourne sites
The Person:
* Experienced Chiller Technician with strong commercial HVAC background
* Proven fault‐finding and diagnostic skills on chiller systems
* Refrigerant Handling Licence and full driver's licence
