Your leadership will be crucial in positioning us for sustained success in an evolving financial landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Market Expansion: Identify new products, channels, and geographic markets to drive growth.Strategy Development: Lead the creation of tailored marketing strategies for each product, channel, and market.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise acquisition campaigns across digital, social media, SEO, SEM, and more to attract and engage new customers.Retention & Cross-Selling: Develop and implement retention strategies, including cross-sell initiatives, for targeted customer segments.Brand Positioning: Ensure Credit Corp and its brands are recognized for their commitment to sustainability and responsibility.Consistent Branding: Oversee the alignment of all marketing materials, including websites, to ensure a consistent and strong brand presence.What We’re Looking ForProven track record of leading marketing projects from concept to execution.Ability to think both strategically and hands-on to drive results across multiple touchpoints.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Extensive experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and brand management.Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development.Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Why You’ll Love This RoleAt Credit Corp, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, giving you the chance to make a tangible impact on the business.
