Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving company growth targets. The role involves market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with other departments to ensure our products meet client needs and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
* Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
* Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning
* Excellent Negotiating and Contract Management skills
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Thinks strategically and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively and thrives when managing multiple priorities
* Experience working with distributor and retail networks on a national scale
* Open to travelling nationally to meet customers, attend events, and grow partnerships
* Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
* Has a passion for quality, service, and sustainable solutions
