The Contracts Specialist role is responsible for the application of the Contractor Management Framework for contract partners engaged to perform work on site and is allocated several contract partner categories and will be the exclusive advocate of CMF compliance for contracted services that fall within those assigned categories. key responsibilities include: Carry out the duties as outlined in the Contractor Management Framework. Schedule, facilitate, record mobilisation, safety, and performance and close out meetings required under CMF routines. Develop, complete, and maintain work scopes, risk assessments and CMP documentation in conjunction with stakeholders. Monitor, support and sustain contract partners compliance to the PDM Safety and Health Management System. Conduct in-field verification of contract partner activities and equipment. Monitor and report on CMF compliance. Document management and record keeping. About you: An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development. Experience in Contractor Management, auditing and the provision of coaching and support. PDM Supervisor Appointment. Well- developed communication, facilitation, influencing and interpersonal skills, essential to building constructive relationships and creditability with stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and document control skills. Demonstrated experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and 1SAP experience is preferred.
