As Manager, Safety, Homelessness and Lived Experience, you will lead strategy, growth and impact across a portfolio of specialist homelessness and domestic and family violence and lived experience programs. You will champion best-practice, outcomes-focused service models that are well resourced, sustainable, and responsive to the changing needs of the community.
You'll bring deep expertise, a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to inclusion. You'll balance strategic foresight with operational excellence, lead with empathy and create the conditions where accountability, learning and continuous improvement are part of everyday practice.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You
* have qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience in program leadership.
* have experience in a similar role, with expertise across homelessness and domestic, family and sexual violence programs.
