About the Role
Due to internal movement and occupancy growth, we are excited to share that we have two leadership opportunities available within our stunning new service!
Room Leader: Honey Bees (0 - 18 months)
Lead our nurturing nursery space, supporting our youngest learners through those precious early milestones. We're looking for a warm, experienced responsive and confident leader who values secure attachments and creating a calm, safe environment for babies to thrive.
Room Leader: Worker Bees (3 - 5 years)
Guide and inspire our Kindy-aged children in a vibrant, play-based learning environment. This role suits an experienced and proactive leader who is passionate about school readiness and mentoring a strong team.
Both roles require flexibility with shifts and the confidence to step into the Responsible Person role when required (including open and close duties).

What We're Looking For
* Working towards or hold a valid Diploma in Early Childhood Education (certificate III holders will not be considered)
* Previous experience leading a room in an early learning setting (essential)
* Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required
* Flexible with shifts: availability across operating hours 6:30am - 6pm
* A valid WA Working with Children Check
* Full Australian working rights
