The Role
We're seeking a Senior Integration Developer to lead the design and development of secure integration solutions across enterprise platforms. You'll be responsible for ensuring scalability, performance, and security while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of integration solutions using enterprise-grade middleware platforms.
* Design and implement APIs and microservices for cloud and on-premises systems.
* Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
* Optimise integration performance and ensure compliance with security standards.
* Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices for integration delivery.
* Maintain technical documentation and support operational handover.
What You'll Need
* Experience in integration development across enterprise environments.
* Strong hands-on experience with platforms like MuleSoft, Tibco, or similar.
* Proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-based integrations.
* Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or equivalent.
* Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and DevOps practices.
* Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
