This role manages ICT contracts across a large public sector environment and supports strong outcomes.
Your new role
You will:
* Manage ICT contracts and complete performance reviews.
* Support supplier relationship management across key vendors.
* Act as the contract expert for daily commercial decisions.
* Develop and deliver contract and vendor management plans.
* Act as the escalation point for commercial and contractual disputes.
* Support reviews of Statements of Work.
* Prepare and deliver contract variations and renewals with Procurement and business teams.
* Provide input into new contracts across the Procurement lifecycle.
* Help build governance frameworks for ICT contract oversight.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong communication skills across senior stakeholders and vendors.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to guide and work with stakeholders.
* Experience in commercial or public sector vendor management.
* Strong experience across ICT categories.
