YOUR ROLE
You will work with a dynamic and experienced Sales team who are friendly and supportive. This is your opportunity to drive success in the company and take your earnings to the next level within the Process Industry. Great opportunity to work in a varied account management role looking after a territory in the Melbourne metro area.
The opportunity to succeed will be given to you, with a team of highly skilled and professional sales experts guiding you every step of the way. Taking ownership of the local branch-based customers, you will introduce and promote new and existing products to your customers, develop and apply customer-specific strategies, and provide support to ultimately deliver profitable success for all.
ABOUT YOU
This role will call upon your passion to deliver excellence and your ability to maintain multi-tiered relationships with internal and external customers. You are an independent self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and within a team. You possess excellent organisational and time management skills, have well-developed interpersonal skills, and are confident and effective in both verbal and written communication.
You've already fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous roles in account management, with experience within the Healthcare, Hospitality or Facility Management industries. Always searching for ways to challenge the status quo, you have a proven track record in developing new business, and strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong business acumen and solutions-oriented mindset
* Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
* Experience with CRM systems
* Experience preparing tenders and proposals
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
* Sales background
* Strong administrative ability in maintaining accurate customer records
