Your Responsibilities
Strategic & Regional Leadership
You plan, implement, and continuously refine the regional marketing strategy in close collaboration with the Regional Manager, BDO Primary / Secondary Managers, and Area Sales Managers.
You drive regional goal setting and ensure alignment with international marketing objectives and other regional targets.
You manage and control the regional marketing budget in cooperation with the international Marketing leads, ensuring effective allocation and cost efficiency.
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management
You plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launches tailored to the Pacific region, including customer journey design.
You oversee the creation, localisation, and distribution of marketing tools and content (e.g., press releases, direct mailings, digital campaigns, brochures, videos, giveaways).
You continuously monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using relevant KPIs, deriving insights to optimise future activities.
Events & Customer Engagement
You plan, coordinate, and execute regional events such as exhibitions, OMICRON-hosted events, and Sales Partner meetings.
You develop event concepts and continuously improve existing formats to enhance participation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
You ensure a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints in the region.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
You ensure smooth and effective cooperation with the regional Sales team and the international Marketing team.
You closely collaborate with Central Marketing teams in Austria on branding, messaging, content, and cross-region initiatives.
You lead and develop the regional Marketing team based in Melbourne, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Systems, Reporting & Governance
You support the proper use of CRM and other corporate IT systems, ensuring data quality and adoption within the region.
You support the preparation of the quarterly Market Report through insights, data, and regional analysis.
You oversee the controlling and performance assessment of all regional marketing activities.
You ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines, legal requirements, and regional market standards.
Your Profile
Business administration qualifications
You have a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
You have 5–8 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally within a similar industry or technical B2B environment.
You are a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and cultures.
You have experience in direct customer interaction and an ability to represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
You are a strategic thinker with a positive mindset and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
You are creative, innovative, and able to bring fresh ideas that support Sales and strengthen market presence.
You are experienced in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
You have demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams.
You are based in Melbourne or willing to relocate.
You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
You are willing to travel up to 20% of working time.
