About the Role:
The Estimator/Inside Sales Support role reports directly to the Sales Manager located at the Marsden Park office. This role will be an integral part of the sales division and supports the Business Development Managers with named accounts, preparing & following up quotes for job opportunities and being the primary in-house contact for these accounts. This role is an addition to the team and represents the strength and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify and research job requirements for all inbound leads, and prepare job quotes for clients.
* Proactively follow up opportunities after quoting, completing all Pipedrive activities and following up until won or lost.
* Maintain a positive working relationship with named accounts while building relationships with new customers whenever possible.
* Coordinate & prepare tenders, proposals, and agreements.
* Submit regular reports, as required, on customer sales and forecasting.
* Assist with answering inbound calls and assist clients with product-related questions.

* Able to estimate and formulate quotes in a timely manner.
