Leading a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of quality dietetic services is a critical role within our organization. To be successful, you will need to have a strong understanding of nutrition and dietetics, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality dietetic services to patients/clients.
* Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to ensure best practice.
* Participate in clinical research and knowledge management initiatives to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and ensure seamless care pathways.
The successful candidate will possess highly developed written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. They will also have extensive knowledge of clinical proficiency and ability to work collaboratively and lead a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics, eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia (DA).
