Make a Meaningful Difference: New Care Services is seeking a support worker to join our team.
This is specifically for a client in the Alkimos area that requires a Support Worker to assist them with with showering, getting dressed, assistance around the house and companionship.
We require someone that can undertake this social support for the client on Monday's & Friday's weekly for 2 hours from 9am-11am (4 hours per week).
This role will require a support worker to be qualified with at least a Cert 3 in Personal Care.
There is opportunity for more work with clients in surrounding suburbs as we increase our capacity.

Who We Are Looking For:
* Personal Care Workers (PCW) with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience.
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in personal care work is required.
* Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling Competency (or ability to obtain).
* All required checks and certifications must be obtained before application.
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (highly desirable).
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
