Delivery Driver Storeperson Job Description
As a Delivery Driver Storeperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of food products to customers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and are physically able to handle manual tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
* Operate a truck safely to undertake multi-drop deliveries;
* Unload food products (including chilled and frozen items) from the vehicle and hand them over to customers, handling cash transactions as necessary;
* Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to customers' needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications:
* Hold a valid MR truck license (or higher);
* Having a forklift license is advantageous but not essential;
* Be physically capable of loading and unloading trucks within safety guidelines;
* Display a positive attitude and be customer-focused.
