As a Store Manager you will;
Lead with Excellence: Coach and motivate your team to achieve everyday excellence. Elevate Customer Service: Personalize every customer interaction and ensure exceptional service. Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste. Balance Priorities: Navigate a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment with skill and efficiency. You will have the following skills and experience;
Retail Management Experience Leadership & Team Management (Training & Development) Inventory & Stock Management Visual Merchandising Problem Solving & Decision Making Technology Proficiency (POS Systems) Time Management & Organizational Skills Compliance & Safety Awareness Budget Management & Financial Experience Sales Achievement Knowledge of Inventory Systems & Loss Prevention Customer Service Expertise Operational & Administration Visual Merchandising

Salary range between $65,000 to $82,000 (plus allowances) based on experience.
