Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service Department.
This is a casual position with the possibility to go permanent that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
Taking incoming calls.
Contacting regained clients and major accounts that book jobs daily, to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Identifying and resolving any potential service issues before they impact our clients and ensuring that all clients are informed of any delivery issues or delays.
Following up on any service issues by liaising between the client, sub-contractors and relevant departments.
