People & Culture Advisors – 2 Roles Available
Tassal is growing – and so is our People & Culture team.
We're looking for two HR Advisors (People & Culture Advisors) to join our well-established and supportive national P&C team.
Based in Tasmania, these roles offer the chance to build your HR career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of one of Australia's most liveable states.
The supporting areas are:
One supporting our Corporate and Tasmanian Processing teams
One supporting our Marine Farming and Hatchery teams
Both roles report to an experienced and supportive Manager and will give you exposure to a wide range of HR activities across multiple sites.
What does your week look like?
Employee Relations:Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related issues.
Projects:Support the delivery of a range of HR initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics:Build reports and assist with salary benchmarking.
Teamwork:Contribute across the broader P&C team with a "one team" mindset.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with employment law and support with audits.
Travel:Visit Tassal sites across Tasmania, with occasional interstate travel as required.
About You
2–3 years' experience managing Tier 1 HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.
Relevant degree, AHRI Certification, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed.
Your overseas HR experience may be highly valued.
