Full time Manager position. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customers with an exceptional retail experience.
- Speaking with Sales Reps and Ordering new stock. This includes choosing which lines to stock and how many of each style/size to order.
- Management of staff, including hiring and the creation of rosters.
- Clerical Duties - Including Ordering new stock, Invoice Input, and Supplier Payments.
- Performing Stock-takes.
- Promotion of the store, including Facebook/Instagram advertising.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Retail Sales experience is essential, with experience in a clothing store preferred.
- Excellent Computer Skills required - Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Outlook is essential. Experience in Excel would also be beneficial.
- Bookkeeping skills preferred - Knowledge of accounting/software packages, invoicing and account payments will be considered a strong advantage.
- Clerical Skills - Efficiency in data entry required.
- Personnel Management - Ability to manager staff and organise rosters.
- Stock Ordering - Ability to communicate with Sales Reps and make decisions about purchasing new stock lines.
- Stocktaking experience preferred.
- Superior organisational skills required and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Self-Motivated and sales driven to help grow the business.
- Ability to work Saturday mornings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential qualities.
- Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram advertising will be considered an advantage.
- Personal Presentation - The successful applicant will be required to present professionally.
- Personal Attributes - The successful applicant will need to be capable of making decisions and be able to handle the responsibility of managing a clothing store. They will need to be Honest, Reliable and Hard Working.
