About the role: 
Role: Customer Service Representative 
Anticipated Duration:5 to 6 weeks 
Start Date:8th October 
Location:Gold Coast, Burleigh 
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5 pm); the anticipated hours are 40 hours per week for this contract. 
Salary:$32 - $35 p/h (depending on experience) 
Benefits:Potential to go permanent, incentives for performance over the duration 
Role Responsibilities: 
Conduct outbound calls using a provided script to gather key information to update the database 
Engage with clients for approximately 2.5 minutes per call, asking eight straightforward questions, including: 
Inquiring about fleet size and vehicle types 
Meet performance targets by making 100 to 130 calls per day. 
Accurately enter data directly into HubSpot. 
About you: 
Prior experience in outbound calling 
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service. 
Excellent communication abilities 
Ability to work towards KPIs 
Good attention to detail as you will be updating Hubspot database 
Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for client interactions. 
Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a dynamic environment 
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
