Restaurant Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
* Key Performance Indicators:
The successful candidate will be expected to manage all key performance indicators, including financial and rostering metrics.
* Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include supervising and coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, managing staff rotas and ensuring that all aspects of store operations are running smoothly.
* Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience in restaurant management, preferably with at least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work well under pressure.
