Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook Latin American fusion dishes
* Maintain a clean, organised kitchen
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
* Support the team during service
* Assist with prep, storage & consistent dish presentation
We're Looking For
* Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen
* Passion for creative, flavour‑driven cuisine
* Strong attention to detail
* Teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Front of House (Servers, Hosts, Runners)
Deliver warm hospitality with Latin American energy.
Responsibilities
* Greet and host guests with warmth and personality
* Provide menu knowledge & take orders accurately
* Deliver food and drinks efficiently
* Maintain a clean, inviting dining space
* Process payments and support guest needs
We're Looking For
* Great communication & customer‑service skills
* A friendly, upbeat attitude
* Ability to multitask in a lively environment
* Experience preferred, but training is provided
Bartenders
Craft cocktails inspired by Latin American flavours.
Responsibilities
* Prepare cocktails, wine, beer & specialty drinks
* Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
* Follow RSA and safety regulations
* Engage guests with confident, friendly service
* Support the FOH team during peak periods
We're Looking For
* Bar experience (cocktail knowledge is a bonus)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Passion for flavour and creativity
