Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gatton, QLD for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate vehicles, while providing tailored solutions to ensure a positive purchasing experience. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve managing customer inquiries, negotiating sales agreements, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Sales Consulting and Consulting skills with the ability to provide tailored recommendations and solutions
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and foster long-term relationships
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse customers
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven experience in vehicle sales or a related field is advantageous
Knowledge of the automotive industry or a passion for cars is a plus
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet performance targets
Valid manual driver's license is required
