We're seeking ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to join their growing teams in Brisbane. You'll be at the forefront of the business, driving new partnerships, expanding market reach, and contributing to sustainable financial growth through sales excellence and strong client relationships.

What You'll Do
* Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
* Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
* Promote the company's products and services, anticipating and meeting client objectives
* Prepare and manage sales contracts in line with company and legal requirements
* Maintain detailed records of sales, revenue, and client activity
* Provide reliable feedback and excellent after-sales support
* Build and nurture long‑term relationships with new and existing customers
What You'll Need
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
* Strong understanding of the transport, logistics, or freight forwarding industry (preferred)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot desirable)
* A driven, goal‑oriented mindset with strong strategic planning abilities
