A prominent Employment and WHS practice in Brisbane seeks a seasoned Employment Law Professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work on employment, industrial relations and WHS matters with a focus on state and local government, resources, and transport sectors.
* Provide advice on awards, enterprise bargaining, equal opportunity, unfair dismissals, contracts of employment, restraints of trade, protection of confidential information and intellectual property rights, risk management, workplace safety, and training.
Requirements:
To be successful, you will be a lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in employment law. You will also have:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent work ethic and commercial awareness
* Confidence in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* An ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
* Genuine passion for building your career and developing your skills in the area of employment relations and safety
