Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Music Therapy services to residents in an aged care facility. This will involve designing and implementing evidence-based Music Therapy programs, delivering individualised and group music therapy sessions, and supporting residents to maintain their music skills and confidence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Music Therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. They will also possess a Bachelor's degree in Creative Therapies and postgraduate studies in Music Therapy, as well as experience playing multiple instruments and music therapy interventions.
