Customer Experience Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Connection: Initiate genuine conversations to engage with customers in a personalized way, making all feel welcome, heard, and valued.
* Selling Culture: Support a selling environment on the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
* Omni-Channel Service: Provide a seamless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
Teamwork & Communication:
* Team Player: Build productive relationships with peers; ask for support when needed and make an effort to help others.
* Share Knowledge: Participate in learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
* Employee Recognition: Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
* Insights & Feedback: Provide insights related to customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Visual & Business Operations:
* Business Acumen: Understand contribution to service and selling on every shift to positively impact the store's business KPIs.
* Product Flow: Support shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's restocked; contribute to completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels on the floor.
* Store Environment: Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping focus on the customer; stay current on merchandising updates.
MERCHANDISING & DISPLAY:
* Execute Stock-to-Sales Processes and presentation standards.
* Support Brand Messaging, being knowledgeable of trends.
* Understand Merchant Process Impact on business and customer experience.
