About UsNobody’s Princess was founded to change the way all women experience the snow. We believe that confidence starts with fit, and for too long, women have been forced to compromise. We’ve spent the last few years proving the product, building a fiercely loyal community, and solving a problem that the \"big players\" ignored.
Now, we are ready to scale. What has been a founder-led mission is ready to become an enduring Australian brand. We are looking for a commercial and creative marketing lead to step in as a true partner - someone who can bridge the gap between a great idea and a perfectly executed growth engine.
Your OpportunityAs our first dedicated marketing hire you won't just be \"managing social media\", you will be the voice of the brand and the strategist behind our growth. You will work directly with the Founder who comes from an Art Direction and Graphic Design background, to turn visual concepts into high-impact campaigns, sharp copy, and real-world activations.
This is a hands-on role for a senior-thinking operator who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get on the tools. You’ll be building the founding marketing structure within the business alongside our Founder, bringing researched and data-led evidence to our decisions, and leading our marketing with confidence.
Structure & CompensationThis role starts at 15 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) on a casual basis, with a clear path to permanent part-time.Rate: $40 - $45 per hour (commensurate with experience). The Future: We are looking for a partner to scale with us. This role is benchmarked at an $85-90k+ pro-rata salary package, with the intention to increase both hours and responsibility as the brand hits its growth milestones.
What You’ll DoYou’ll map out the timing, messaging, and logistics for the brand. You are a master storyteller who’ll own the \"written\" side: from punchy social captions to website copy and EDMs, you’ll think \"outside the feed\" to create real-world moments and activations that get our niche audience talking.
Planning, Campaigns, GrowthTranslate our big-picture goals into clear 90-day priorities and execution plans. Own our seasonal launches and special projects from the first brief to the final sale.Monitor channel performance and campaign results, ensuring every decision is grounded in data and moving us toward our targets.
Digital & Customer ExperienceOwn our EDM strategy. You’ll lead our newsletters and flows, with a heavy focus on storytelling, retention, and education.Use insights from various analytic touchpoints to help us double down on what works and pivot away from what doesn't.
Brand & CommunicationsProtect and evolve our messaging across every touchpoint. You’ll write the copy that makes our audience feel \"seen\".Lead our niche PR and influencer gifting with the right people who truly align with our mission. Quality over quantity.Brief and collaborate on creative assets to ensure our social content across all platforms is pulling in the same direction.
Who You AreThis role is for an experienced marketer who wants more skin in the game. You’ll have roughly 4 to 7+ years of experience across marketing, brand, or e-commerce - ideally within the apparel or DTC space. You’ll thrive in a small, founder-led environment where every dollar matters, and progress is valued over perfection; you can move fluidly between high-level campaign planning and getting your hands dirty in the tools. We want you to bring a blend of analytical rigour and brand intuition. The \"Full-Stack\" Thinker: You understand the full funnel. You know why a PR mention fails if the landing page doesn't convert.A Content Native: You have 47 Canva tabs open, you save TikToks to \"inspo\" folders at 11pm, and you write copy faster than most people text.An Execution Machine: You thrive on \"getting things done.\" You’ll read the manual, but then add to it and make it yours. You’ll enjoy building structure where it’s missing.A Problem Solver: You are the type of person who sees a 'Toolkit' as a playground. You enjoy finding new ways to automate and improve and use data to spot a trend before it happens. You know the sweet spot between ‘figuring it out for yourself’ and ‘this is where I need to ask for help’.Technologically Savvy: You are a natural at navigating software and aren't intimidated by a new platform. You enjoy the \"how\" of marketing technology. You are the type of person who looks for a smarter, automated way to do things rather than doing them the long way every time.Bonus Points: You love the snow and deeply understand why clothing \"fit\" is a performance requirement, not just a preference.
Our ToolkitYou don’t need to be a master of everything, but you should be comfortable (or quick to learn) the systems that power our brand:E-commerce: Shopify (Back-end management and basic merchandising).Email: Shopify Email, flows, segmentation, and weekly campaigns.Analytics: GA4, Shopify, and Meta Analytics (Using data to tell us what is working).Communication & Planning: ClickUp (if you’ve used Monday.com, Trello, or Asana, you’ll be fine!)Design & Content: Adobe CS & Express, Canva (For social assets) and CapCut (or similar for mobile video editing).
Why Join Us?Nobody’s Princess is a growing business, not a corporate. We offer trust, autonomy, and the chance to shape a brand that already has significant momentum. You won’t be a cog in a machine. Your strategy will be launched, and you’ll see the results in real-time, and you’ll work side-by-side with a founder who values aesthetics as much as you do.
This is a founding role. As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to build the team you want to lead. If you’re looking for a large team and a narrow remit, this isn't for you. But if you’re excited by the idea of being the \"Engine Room\" partner to a creative founder, and you want to build something that makes a real difference to women, we’d love to hear from you.

We want to hear your voice, your quirks, and your perspective. The Next Step: If your application makes us lean in, we will invite you to a first interview.
