What you'll do :
* Analyse People & Culture data to surface trends and insights delivering regular reports that inform strategic decisions.
* Build maintain and secure dashboards and metrics; ensure data accuracy across HR systems for routine and ad hoc reporting.
* Translate complex findings into clear action-oriented narratives for non-technical audiences to drive business decisions.
* Streamline data collection and analysis through automation and apply predictive analytics (ML / AI) to anticipate workforce trends.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and offshore teams to enhance systems and processes using Human-Centered Design while upholding training and governance for data integrity and confidentiality.
What we're looking for :
* Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX) Alteryx SQL and / or Python with 2 years of hands‑on experience building analytics solutions.
* Practical HRIS experience (e.g. Workday) strong ETL skills and rigorous data governance ensuring accuracy consistency and confidentiality.
* Exposure to Databricks or Microsoft Fabric and at least 1 year working with ML / AI and advanced analytics methods.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident presenting to leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
* Collaborative and self‑directed with experience partnering with offshore teams and applying Human-Centered Design principles.
