We are looking for a well organised, reliable and motivated individual to work at our sales office located at our Nowergup Quarry (just north of Wanneroo).
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-
* Answer incoming phone calls, emails, counter enquiries & sales and resolving issues related to orders/invoices and deliveries
* Processing of Sales orders, Invoices and general office duties
* Sales support with quote follow-ups and assisting the sales team
* Raise, process & manage orders/invoices
* Processing EFTPOS & Cash Sales payments
Your experience, skillset and qualifications should include:-
* Previous Sales and Customer Service experience highly regarded
* Good computing skills
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a team, have a good sense of humour and common sense
* Must have permanent rights to work in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment checks
