We're looking for a motivated and experienced General Factory Hand with a strong work ethic to join our Bundaberg Operations team.
This is a full-time, permanent Day Shift role, working Monday to Friday, 6AM-2PM with potential for overtime hours.RESPONSIBILITIESInterpret product drawingsManufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirementsOperating metal folding, roll form and pressing machinesConduct basic preventative and breakdown maintenanceGeneral housekeeping activitiesParticipate in relevant training in the use of specific items of plant and equipmentStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOUExperience using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) would be preferred, but not essentialEssential - Forklift LicenceStrong work ethic and a can-do attitudeAble to work at pace within a team or at times individuallyA commitment to producing quality productsREWARDS & BENEFITSHealth & Wellbeing Support | Traineeship & Development Pathways | Career Development Opportunities | Support for Families | Recognition & Referral Programs | Team Member Discounts | EAP / Confidential Support Services OUR EVPAt Matrix, manufacturing is our foundation, but our people are our future.
