About you You are passionate about person-centred care and motivated to enhance the wellbeing of our consumers. You will also meet the following criteria; Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in either community, acute or aged care. Demonstrated commitment to person-centred care. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to continuous improvement. All appointments are made subject to the required security screening including National Criminal History, Vic Working with Children, NDIS Worker Screening checks and an immunisation status appropriate to the role, including the annual Influenza vaccination.
