Breakfast Bistro Chef Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Breakfast Bistro Chef to lead our culinary team in Thornleigh.
This role offers significant growth potential within the hospitality industry, embodying the principle of "you get out what you put in".
1. Culinary Leadership: You will oversee a small team of chefs and cooks to enhance our breakfast buffet and all-day bistro offerings, working alongside other Department Heads to achieve shared goals.
2. Innovative Menu Design: Using your creative flair, design an À la Carte dinner menu that showcases your culinary expertise.
3. Food Preparation and Management: Prepare food daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner bistro service, managing food ordering, stock control, and costs with precision.
4. Team Building and Development: Build and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the culinary field, with previous supervisory or management experience. They should demonstrate proven success in achieving targets related to guest satisfaction, financial performance, team management, and standards compliance.
Key Qualifications:

* Proven success in achieving targets related to guest satisfaction and financial performance
* Certifications in Hospitality or Culinary Management
