What You'll Be Doing:

Provide a high quality customer focused engineering and maintenance service to St George Hospital and as requested or other off-site facilities, to support the safe, efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.

Selection Criteria:
* Membership of the Australian Institute of Hospital Engineering or other relevant qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
* Demonstrated experience in the delivery of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services including building, electrical, high voltage and HVAC services to a complex hospital site.
* Experience in the management of building installations and refurbishment projects.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in application of the BCA, Australian Standards and codes of practice.
* Demonstrated experience supervising teams, delegating tasks and monitoring work performance of staff to achieve work objectives. .
* Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Advanced computer skills including the use of MS suite of software and computer database systems.
* Current NSW motor vehicle drivers license.
