**Do work that matters**
As a Marketing Manager in the Small Business Marketing Chapter, you are responsible for co-managing and executing the through-the-line program of work aimed to acquire, retain and grow Small Business customers.
You will need to work collaboratively with other teams within business and retail marketing to take our products & services to prospective customers and our extensive business customer base.
To be successful in this role, you need marketing experience in delivering customer-centric and data driven above and below the line marketing strategies, including cross sell, acquisition and retention programs.

Business Bank (BB) provides products and services for customers across small, regional and commercial businesses. We also support businesses in a range of industry specialisations.
The Small Business Marketing Chapter works closely with our business partners who develop and execute our objectives that support and enable our business customers to manage and grow their businesses. This Chapter sits within the Business Marketing Centre of Excellence, within Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Translating business objectives into marketing communications strategies and campaigns.
- Developing and project managing communications campaigns that deliver business objectives, raise consideration and drive product acquisition/cross sell.
- Work with the broader Business Marketing team, Segments, and digital teams to identify opportunities, launch new propositions and products
- Manage campaigns end-to-end with agency partners & internal teams including briefing, campaign execution, delivery and PIR.
- Work closely with internal partners such as product, digital and data to design a customer-centric communications strategy and to ensure consistency of message across all channels
- Ensuring all marketing campaigns support and promote the CommBank brand and reputation, and that they enhance the customer experience.
- Build robust reporting of all campaigns and activity to demonstrate marketing contribution back to the business.
- Effectively build relationships with a range of marketing and business stakeholders.
- Champion the customer in all non-marketing related communications programs
**We'd love to hear from people who have**:
- Solid experience in a generalist marketing capacity with proven track record in end-to-end campaign delivery
- Experience in technology and financial services is highly preferred
- Experience delivering digital engagement and 1:1 customer communication campaigns to a high standard
- Demonstrated success executing both above and through the line marketing campaigns with a focus on digital media strategies
- A passion for understanding and interpreting market research, data and insights to meet business objectives and drive outcomes
- Previous experience working within a matrixed organisation, with multiple stakeholders in differing divisions. Experience in agile environment is advantageous.
