Key Responsibilities
* Deliver authoritative advice across areas including GST, land tax, and stamp duty.
* Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with influential clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
* Assist with investigations and other compliance activities undertaken by revenue offices, as well as dealing with disputes with revenue offices.
* Contribute to thought leadership and firm-wide training and business development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Deep technical expertise in state tax, enabling you to navigate complex legislation and provide clear, commercial advice.
* A proven track record of managing client relationships across diverse industries and client groups.
* Exceptional communication and relationship skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
* A collaborative, future-focused leader with intellectual curiosity and resilience.
* CPA or chartered accountant qualified.
* A strong academic foundation in accounting, law, or a related business field.
