We are seeking an Administration Assistant to work in our busy office.
The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills, have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised and has the ability to be proactive. The ideal candidate will also have previous customer service experience, including experience working in a fast paced environment.
An unrestricted, valid drivers licence is essential as this role involves occasionally providing lifts to customers.
Previous experience with motor vehicle terminology is highly desirable.
The role includes:
* Meeting & greeting customers
* Taking bookings
* Entering invoices for completed jobs using Xero
* Cash/EFTPOS receipting
* Reconciling takings with EFTPOS receipts
* Driving customers home
* Making and answering phone calls, and responding to emails
* Tagging parts ordered for upcoming work
Hours of work: Position 15.0 hours per week
Monday 7.45-12.45
Wednesday 12.30-17.30
Friday 12.30 - 17.30
