Representative roles and responsibilities
Junior Mining Engineer is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and overseeing work undertaken by contractors to ensure full compliance with MMG Khoemacau Copper Mining specifications, contractual requirements, and approved scopes of work. The role will enforce compliance with applicable Botswana mining legislation and MMG Khoemacau safety standards, systems, and procedures.

We currently have a fantastic career opportunity available for an experienced Diesel Fitter to join our Mobile Maintenance team at Dugald River Mine. Genuine career opportunity for a motivated Mine Surveyor. The Employee Relations Superintendent will be responsible for addressing concerns, resolving disputes, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The role involves conducting investigations, advising management, collaborating with unions, and implementing initiatives to enhance morale and engagement in the mine sites. This role will provide geological information services to ensure security, quality, maintenance and enhancement of geological data and databases used for Mineral Resources and operational purposes across MMG.
