We seek an individual who can demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment in a competitive customer service/hospitality environment, highlighting improvements to the overall customer experience. Experience in cinema management is highly desirable.
This opportunity requires candidates of the highest calibre, with strong business acumen and a desire to be a performance-orientated manger, along with advanced interpersonal leadership qualities and the ability to get things done. A positive work ethic and the ability to lead with a team approach is considered a “must have”.
As Cinema Complex Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of our cinema operation including, but not limited to:
* staff recruitment and training
* stock management
* financial performance and cost control
* implementation and development of local marketing activities
* maintenance and presentation of facilities
A flexible attitude is required to succeed in this fast paced, around the clock environment. Days and hours of work are determined by the needs of the business and will include nights and weekends.
