As a retail sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by working collaboratively with various teams to bring new and innovative products to the market. With a strong background in B2B retail sales, you will be expected to develop and execute a territory-wide business plan to achieve set targets and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills to engage with store teams, including store/department managers, buyers, and sales teams, to provide product training and merchandising support. You will also be required to have technical product knowledge of consumer electronics products and be able to travel extensively across the state.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and executing a territory-wide business plan to achieve set targets and KPIs
2. Providing product training and merchandising support to store teams
3. Visiting stores to work with store managers, franchisees, and key department heads to drive sales and profitability
4. Maintaining relationships with store teams to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing and escalating feedback to internal teams
