We seek an experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join a not-for-profit, community-based sessional kindergarten located in the heart of Healesville on a full-time basis.

About the opportunity

This is a full-time role across two programs, supporting a play-based approach that is nurturing, engaging and responsive to children's interests and development.
You will work across two mixed-age (3- and 4-year-old) groups, supporting experienced teaching teams to deliver a program aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.

You are a Diploma-qualified educator who brings reliability, professionalism and confidence in your communication. You are comfortable using technology to document children's learning and contribute to programming, and you take pride in supporting a calm, engaging learning environment. You are genuinely passionate about early childhood education, work collaboratively as part of a team, and are proactive in contributing ideas and supporting positive outcomes for children.
Requirements
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
* Minimum two years of experience as an Educator, ideally within a sessional kindergarten setting
* Current Working with Children Check
* First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Child protection / mandatory reporting and Gecko certification
* Sound understanding of the NQF, VEYLDF and Child Safe Standards
