We are seeking a seasoned Financial Crime Compliance expert to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and maintenance of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) programs.
This pivotal role involves supporting business teams in navigating financial crime obligations with confidence, shaping policy, and responding to regulatory change. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective risk assessments, incident management, and regulatory engagement.
About the Role
You will be a highly motivated and experienced compliance professional with 2-3 years' experience in AML/CTF within the Gaming or Financial Services industries. Your solid understanding of financial crime legislation, sanctions, and anti-bribery and corruption frameworks will be invaluable in this position.
We require a degree in Law or related field, or professional certification like ACAMS, which brings valuable insight that turns complexity into clarity. You will excel in explaining technical concepts to non-experts, managing competing priorities with precision, and working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Your initiative, attention to detail, and analytical mindset will build trusted relationships across the business and communicate with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
Key Requirements
