Chef de Partie at Sittella Winery & Restaurant / Swan Valley W.A.
Sittella Winery & Restaurant is looking for a motivated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Set amongst the vines in the Swan Valley, we pride ourselves on showcasing fresh, seasonal produce in a relaxed yet refined dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking a variety of seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard
* Delivering meals efficiently and on time during service
* Keeping your section clean, organized, and service-ready
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development and daily specials
* Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required
* Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
We require demonstrated experience in contributing to seasonal menu changes and development to support our evolving culinary offerings.

- A minimum of 5+ years of chef experience in a senior kitchen position is essential for this role
