We are actively seeking a dynamic Product Developer to join our team focusing on our homewares portfolio, consisting of the MyHouse and House Bed & Bath brands.Reporting into this Senior Product Manager, the Product developer will be responsible for the development and delivery of commercially successful product ranges that reflect each brand's identity, season direction and customer expectations. Working across both MyHouse and House Bed & Bath, this role partners closely with Buyers, Designers, and the broader Merchandise team to manage product lifecycles.Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:Support end-to-end product development from concept through to production across bedding, bathroom, and soft homewaresCoordinate with suppliers for sampling, quotes, packaging, and artwork approvals in line with brand standardsAssist in managing product documentation, including Merchandise Product Reviews, order files and testing trackersConduct QC checks on samples and liaise with internal and external teams to ensure compliance and qualityCollaborate with Buyers, Design, and Planning teams to maintain critical paths, timelines and data accuracyHelp prepare product launch materials, photography coordination and sales tools for retail and wholesale teamsAbout you:Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working as a Product Developer or in a similar buying/product roleProven experience in product development, buying, or sourcing within a retail or wholesale environment, preferably in homewares or lifestyle categoriesDemonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a small team or mentoring junior staffStrong commercial acumen with the ability to manage costs, margins, and supplier negotiationsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PLM systems, and order management toolsThis full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate Product Developer to join to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic product team and environment and to help support and contribute towards the growth of Global Retail Brands!.
