Aboriginal Health & Workforce Executive Assistant Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and, as required, the directorate of that Executive Director. This role involves multitasking and managing competing priorities on a daily basis to ensure the effective operation of the office of the Executive Director.
The Executive Assistant will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service, information, and advice. This role works autonomously and collaboratively with a team to proactively manage the workflow of the Executive Director and anticipate administration needs whenever possible.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and, where necessary, the directorate of that Executive Director.
o Manage competing priorities and multitask on a daily basis to ensure the effective operation of the office of the Executive Director.
o Cultivate collaborative relationships and provide exceptional levels of service, information, and advice.
o Work autonomously and collaboratively with a team to proactively manage the workflow of the Executive Director and anticipate administration needs.
